A single PSL rating is useful as a snapshot. The Progress Tracker is for comparing weekly PSL scores with the same scoring standard, so you can see whether your PSL score is actually moving over time.
Use the main PSL Scale checker when you want a quick PSL score or PSL rating from one photo.
Use this tracker when you want weekly PSL score comparisons, trend confidence, and notes that separate real progress from photo-condition noise.
History
Switch between previous months to review older reports. Historical months are read-only; deleting a month also deletes its uploaded photos and reports.
How it works
Each upload keeps the same PSL scoring standard while adding more comparison context, so the report can separate real change from photo-condition noise.
Upload the first photo to establish the starting PSL score for this month.
Initial score, confidence, photo quality notes, key score factors, and next check-in advice.
The second photo is compared with Week 1 to identify the first visible change.
Current score, Week 1 delta, change reason, reliability, and photo-condition impact.
Week 3 is evaluated against both previous photos to see whether the movement is becoming a trend.
Baseline delta, previous delta, trend direction, stable advantages, volatility factors, and confidence.
Week 4 completes the month and summarizes all four uploads as one progress report.
Initial score, final score, score range, monthly status, progress confidence, main reasons, and next month suggestions.
