What this free face rating measures
The face rating test compares visible landmark geometry in one photo. You get a reference score out of 100, regional symmetry readings, and measurements you can inspect on the image. A beauty test cannot capture expression, personality, movement or individual taste. Use this face score as a description of the photo, not a verdict on your attractiveness.
How the face score is calculated
The disclosed formula uses symmetry at 50%, proximity to an authored visible-face length-to-width reference of 1.42 at 30%, and the three-ratio golden reference summary at 20%. The weights are product choices, not a validated scientific beauty formula. The same decoded photo and engine version produce the same geometry. There is no random bonus and no claimed population percentile.
Free face rating or full AI analysis?
The free face rater answers what was measured: ratios, left-right differences and a compact geometry score. An optional AI face rating report adds a visual interpretation and personalized suggestions through the existing paid workflow. Your free numbers stay visible. You can also examine symmetry or facial ratios separately before choosing any report.

Is this face rating test really free?
Yes. The geometry result, measurement overlay and breakdown are free without an account or credits. AI interpretation is an optional separate product.
Is a face score the same as a PSL rating?
No. This page uses a 0–100 geometry reference. The existing free PSL tool explains a different community scale. Neither is a universal ranking of people.
Why can another selfie give a different result?
Camera distance, head turn, expression and occlusion change the projected landmarks. Compare neutral photos taken at eye level from a similar distance.
