We collect the following types of information: • Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and name (if provided). • Payment Information: We process payments through Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers. • Usage Data: We collect information about how you interact with our service, including evaluation history and credit transactions. • Score distributions: we anonymously aggregate overall scores from supported tests, as described below.

We anonymously aggregate overall scores from supported completed tests, whether or not you are signed in. This helps us understand the distribution of results for each test and supports future percentile displays once enough samples have been collected. • We store only the test type, scoring version, score bucket and the number of times that score occurs. We do not keep an individual test record for these statistics. • Distribution statistics contain no account or visitor ID, email address, IP address, photo, video, audio or face landmarks, and are not linked to your account. Existing account, payment and saved-report data are handled separately as described elsewhere in this policy. • For supported free browser tests, only the overall score and test/version identifiers are sent to the statistics endpoint; photos and face landmarks remain on your device. • Roast modes, two-person comparisons and progress tracking do not contribute. Repeated tests may contribute more than one sample, so the distribution describes submitted results, not unique people or the general population. • These counters cannot be traced back to an individual test or account. Deleting an account or a saved report does not remove a particular contribution from the aggregate.

PSL Scale does not store uploaded source photographs in its database or publish them in a gallery. • Preview and landmark detection run in your browser. • In the three-view Face Report, requesting the free photo check or generating a report sends the selected photographs to our configured AI provider. Other paid AI analyses also send your selected photographs. Provider processing is subject to the provider’s own policies. • Face Report stores photo-check notes, an input digest, generated text, geometry readings and measurement endpoints associated with your account for retrieval and duplicate-charge prevention. It does not store the full landmark mesh or source photographs. Persistence in other tools follows the explanation in that tool. • You can delete completed reports on the Face Report page. This does not delete credit transaction records used for accounting. • A Face Report draft, including compressed photographs, is temporarily saved in your browser to resume sign-in or checkout. It is removed after successful generation or when you clear it. Drafts older than thirty minutes are removed when next read. • PSL Scale does not use uploaded images for advertising, identity recognition or model training. Do not upload another person’s photograph without permission.

The free Camera PSL test processes camera frames, MediaPipe face landmarks, geometry scores, and generated video or PNG files entirely in your browser. During the free scan, only the overall score, test type and scoring version are sent to our aggregate score counter; camera frames, landmarks, detailed geometry and generated media stay on your device. Microphone access is off by default and requested only if you enable share-video audio. Files leave your device when you actively share or download them. If you explicitly purchase the optional AI report, one selected camera frame and the final MediaPipe geometry result are sent securely to the AI report provider for that request; this does not happen automatically. Camera PSL is limited to adults age 18 or older scanning themselves.

We store a random first-party visitor identifier for up to 30 days and may record referral codes, UTM campaign fields, landing path, and non-biometric funnel events such as scan started, scan completed, video generated, share panel completed, signup, checkout, and confirmed payment. These records never contain camera frames, photos, videos, audio, face landmarks, detailed geometry, or PSL scores.
